Coconut Banana Berry Smoothie for 1
Breakfast outside the box or a filling snack on the go.
Here’s a twist on the classic banana smoothie. If you aren’t a big breakfast eater, here’s a super idea to keep you going through the morning.
100g Frozen fruit – banana, berries, mango etc
250ml milk – dairy, almond, coconut, rice etc
1 Tblsp coconut cream or coconut oil
1 egg – or WPI protein powder
Blend frozen fruit until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend 60 seconds.
Serve in a large glass with a stainless steel straw.
