Ingredients
Burger Patties
500 grams of organic grass-fed beef, chicken or turkey mince
2 grated carrots
2 grated zucchinis
2 tablespoons of coconut flour (or spelt flour)
1 teaspoon mild curry powder
1 small brown onion (finely sliced)
1 egg
2 tablespoons tomato paste
A pinch of sea salt
Salad and rolls or wraps to serve
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together well with your hands.
Roll the mixture into approximately 12 patties and place them in a baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Serving Ideas:
On a burger with lots of salad
As rissoles with their juices alongside some mash and steamed veggies
Served cold in a lunchbox either with some salad or on a wrap
